Simply put the link to the image inside brackets like this.

And Dash, when you're replying in the tabs of bolding, colors, fonts, etc. in the fifth grouping there's a thing that looks like a picture with a blue and white thing in the foreground, to the left of the picture of a tree. If you mouse over it it's called "Host an Image". You can make a URL in that by finding the file on your computer. Then when you click the "Insert Image" you'd use the bottom-most URL from the "Host an Image".
